Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Period: If you decide to cancel an order, you must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process a refund through the original payment method used within 96 hours.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not applicable if the cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window.
- Service Switches: We do not permit switching services or postponing orders once the project has commenced.
Order Revision Policy
- Revision Requests: If the delivered project does not meet the agreed-upon scope or fails to adhere to the deadline, you are entitled to request a revision.
- Timely Delivery of Revisions: We will address your concerns and provide the necessary revisions within a reasonable timeframe, based on the complexity of the adjustments required.
- Obsolete Deliverables: In cases where a deliverable becomes obsolete due to technical changes (e.g., platform updates or algorithm changes), we will offer equivalent services to ensure value for your investment.
- Project Holds: You may request to put a revised project or alternative service on hold until you are ready to proceed.
